Version 1.0.25 Latest

Fresh install

Fresh installs receive a unique one-line install command when you register a device in the mutexer console. The command embeds the device identity and enrolment token, so there is no generic installer to paste on this page.

Upgrade an existing device

Run the command below on any device already running the mutexer Agent. It preserves device identity, WireGuard keys, and autostart container state, and brings the agent to the latest published build.

cd ~ && curl -s https://get.mutexer.com/api/agents/upgrade-agent -o o.sh && chmod +x o.sh && ./o.sh && rm -rf o.sh

Check the agent version via CLI

Log into the terminal of your device, then navigate to the agent directory.

cd /opt/mutexer/agent

Run the agent version program.

sudo ./agent version

System requirements

• Debian-based Linux (Ubuntu 20.04+, Debian 11+).
• 512 MB RAM minimum. 1 GB recommended for containerised apps.
• Docker Engine 24.0+ for application runtime.
• Optional: PREEMPT_RT kernel for hard real-time workloads.
